Інституційні чинники розвитку готельно-ресторанних підприємств міста Києва

Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено дослідженню теоретичних положень та обґрунтуванню практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інституційних чинників розвитку готельно-ресторанних підприємств міста Києва. На основі дослідження діяльності готелю "Астері" обґрунтовано основні проблеми інституційних чинників та шляхи їх вирішення на сучасному етапі розвитку підприємства готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Обґрунтовано основні механізми реалізації шляхів розвитку готелю "Астері" за рахунок використання основних ресурсів та активізації інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності підприємства.

The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations about improvement of institutional factors in the development of hotel and restaurant enterprises in the city of Kyiv. On the basis of the study of the activity of the "Asteri" hotel, the main problematic of institutional factors at the current stage of the hotel and restaurant enterprise's development were substantiated. The main mechanisms of implementation of the ways of development of the "Asteri" hotel due to the use of basic resources and activation of investment and innovation activities of the enterprise are substantiated.
