Концептуальні засади інтеграції штучного інтелекту в управлінні інтелектуальним капіталом закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Цифрова трансформація суспільства супроводжується поєднанням традиційних та сучасних технологій управління, зокрема необхідністю інтеграції технологій штучного інтелекту (ШІ) в управління інтелектуальною діяльністю закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО). Мета дослідження полягає в розробці концептуальної моделі взаємодії технологій ШІ та інтелектуального капіталу (ІК) ЗВО. Методологія дослідження базується на системному аналізі та структурно-функціональному підході. Результати дослідження включають розроблену концептуальні засади до інтеграції систем та інструментів ШІ в процес управління ІК ЗВО. Практичне значення роботи полягає у формулюванні принципів впровадження ШІ-технологій у ЗВО з обов'язковим нарощуванням усіх компонентів ІК з урахуванням значення різних ШІ-технологій.

The digital transformation of society is accompanied by a combination of traditional and modern management technologies, in particular the need to integrate artifi cial intelligence (AI) technologies into the management of intellectual activities of higher education institutions (HEIs). The purpose of the study is to develop a conceptual model of the interaction of AI technologies and intellectual capital of HEIs. The research methodology is based on system analysis and a structural-functional approach. The study is based on the understanding of intellectual capital as a set of intellectual assets, including human assets (knowledge, skills, experience of employees), organizational assets (processes, technologies, intellectual property) and relationship assets (relationships with stakeholders, reputation, brand). Currently, existing AI technologies are classifi ed by functional purpose: AI systems; AI functions; AI tools. The use of AI systems is accompanied by the production of intellectual products and the creation of market value. AI tools are associated with the use of involved human intellectual assets and assets of relations in the form of knowledge, the carrier of which is people and their communities, respectively, cannot act as an intellectual product, which allows us to talk about their social value and mainly natural right of ownership (use). The results of the study include the developed conceptual framework for the integration of AI systems and tools into the process of managing intellectual capital of higher education institutions. The proposed conceptual framework can serve as the basis for: planning investments in AI technologies, taking into account the impact on all components of intellectual capital; developing advanced training programs for scientifi c and pedagogical workers in the fi eld of AI; forming a knowledge management policy in the context of digital transformation. The practical signifi cance of the work lies in the formulation of principles for the implementation of AI technologies in higher education institutions with the mandatory increase of all components of intellectual capital, taking into account the importance of various AI technologies.
