Управління життєстійкістю науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти в умовах війни

Abstract

В статті актуалізовано необхідність пошуку інструментарію та надання рекомендацій щодо покращення ментального здоров’я і управління життєстійкістю науково-педагогічних працівників вищої освіти в умовах ведення російсько-української війни. Наведено основні ключові аспекти з питань професійного вигорання та застосування джерел саморегуляції, та управління резилентністю. Представлено організаційний механізм управління життєстійкості науково-педагогічних працівників в умовах війни, де було проаналізовано його компетентності. Визначено, що створення такого організаційного механізму управління життєстійкістю НПП вищої освіти зумовить до прийняття альтернативних рішень з питань покращення ментального здоров’я і загальної резилентності. Результати дієвості вищезазначеного механізму демонструють свою ефективність та доводять важливість запропонованих процесів та комплексу заходів. Також отримані результати надають практичні орієнтири для керівників університетів та фахівців з управління науково-педагогічним персоналом, зацікавлених у збереженні академічних спільнот в умовах безпрецедентних криз.

The article highlights the need to find tools and provide recommendations for improving the mental health and managing the resilience of higher education academics in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The purpose of the article is to determine the effectiveness of the application of the components of the organizational mechanism for managing the viability of scientific and pedagogical workers in higher education in order to ensure their resilience, taking into account the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the Russian aggressor and the conduct of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The main key aspects of professional burnout and the application of sources of self-regulation and resilience management are presented. An organizational mechanism for managing the viability of scientific and pedagogical workers in war conditions is presented, where its competencies were analyzed. The main processes of health-preserving and time competence are considered. A set of measures for each of the competences is proposed for managing the viability of scientific and pedagogical employees of higher education institutions. The integration of these competencies into the organizational management mechanism allows to increase the level of adaptive readiness of scientific and pedagogical workers, strengthen their resilience, and ensure the continuity of the educational process even in extremely difficult war conditions.
